We do not sell personal data to third parties, nor do we provide personal data to third parties except for trusted service providers to fulfil marketing services including email and SMS distribution and to allow for accurate, cost effective and timeously quotations and or insurance policies.
For SA Commercial Insurance, we are legally required to request information to comply to Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). This is to ensure that no malicious activities such as money laundering takes place. We will retain your information to carry out our service to you for as long as it is required however, rest assured that your information always remains protected.
The information we collect via forms is stored on a secure database which is not accessible except via CraftCMS and only via the server itself (no remote login).
In SMS and email marketing communications, we will provide a link to allow you opt-out.

De-registering of Personal Information
In conjunction with POPIA you have the right to object or request removal of your personal information which is why we have added a de-registration form on our website. By completing this form, you either requesting to view current personal information that we may have of you or to remove all personal information. We will send you the Promotion of Access to Information (PAIA) form to complete and to return to us to action.
